GROUP & EVENT PRICING

CABIN RESERVATIONS:

​

*We require a (2) Two Night Minimum Stay for the Adobe cabins.

​

*We require a (3) Three night minimum for the Big Horn Log cabin.

  

*Reservations cannot be split between different cabins if dates are not available, The entire reservation must be limited to one cabin.

​

*Once a reservation request is received, a confirmation e-mail with be sent within 24 hours.  There will be link to pay for the deposit. 

  

*A DEPOSIT is Required: There is a 30% deposit required to book any of the cabins. The remaining balance is due 7 days before check-in, an email will be sent 14 days before arrival to pay the balance due.

*CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are refundable (minus the 5% processing fees) for reservations cancelled 60 days before the check-in date. No refunds for No-shows, Early departures or Cancellations within 7 days of the guests check-in date.

 GUEST POLICIES

 

  • Payment/Rental Policies

  •      A (2) night minimum per cabin is required.  Special events and holidays require a (3) night minimum stay. 

  •      (30%) deposit of the total amount due is required when making the reservation. 

  •      If the deposit is not received within 7 days, the reservation will be cancelled.

  •      The remainder of the balance is due 7  days prior to check-in.

  • ​     Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.  Same day reservations will not be accepted.​

  •      No refunds are issued for early Check-outs

  •      Registering Guests must be 21 years of age

  •      Occupancy of each unit cannot exceed the number listed at the time of rental

  •      Violation of any policy within this contract will result in eviction from the property without refund ​.

  • Check-In/Out Policy

  •      Check-in time is (4pm). Early Check-ins must be pre-approved at the time of your reservation.

  •      Check-out time is (10am).

  •      Unapproved Late Check-outs of more than (2)hrs will be charged that nights rate for the unit

  • Cancellations 

  •     Cancellation notices must be submitted via email,  Voicemails are not accepted.

  •     Cancellations less than (60) days prior to check-in will forfeit the 30% deposit.

  •     Cancellations made (7) days or less prior to Check-in and paid in full, are non-refundable.

  •     These policies apply to reservations made here on this website only. Some cancellation policies may vary depending on the site used to book the reservation, see the specific site's regulations for details.

  • Housekeeping/Guest Responsibilities

  •     ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING,

  •     ($100) cleaning fee will be charged if units have been smoked in.

  •     Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay.

  •     Each unit has a Check-out list that must be completed by the guests.

  •     Failure to complete the Check-out list will result in a ($50) cleaning services fee.

  •     Any damages to the unit or missing items from the unit will be charged at replacement cost.

  • Pet Policy

  •    The property is dog friendly only. Cats or other animals are not permitted (NO EXCEPTIONS!).

  •     There is a maximum of (2) dogs per unit allowed.

  •     The nightly pet fee is ($10) and is non-refundable

  •     There is no charge for service dogs.  Proof of service must be provided to wave the pet fee.

  •     For health reasons, dogs are not allowed on the beds or couches.

  • ​    The Prickly Pear Adobe Cabin does not allow dogs. ​

  •     All Dogs must be on a leash while on property.

  •     Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.

  •     Dogs are not permitted to be left unattended in the units unless crated.  

  •     Dogs are not permitted to be left unattended outside the cabins.

  •     Crates can be provided at no charge, (please note at reservation time what size crate you will require)

  •     Dog owners are responsible for any damage, (including stains or excessive hair).

  •     An additional  cleaning service fee of ($50) will be charged for units with hair on furniture or beds.

  •     All guests must accept the dog policy terms at the time of their reservations.

  •     Dog(s) must have up to date vaccinations, including rabies & be currently licensed.

  • Parking 

  •     Each unit is provided with a parking space with close proximity to the unit.

  •     These spaces are limited to vehicles without trailers and does not include ATVs, UTVs or Snowmobiles.

  •     Campers, RVs, Trailers, Oversized trucks and OHV vehicles must be parked in the designated areas only.

  • Privacy/Guest Information Policy

  •     We maintain your order history on our secured servers and use a protected gateway for all transactions.

  •     Saint Danes is a licensed and insured LLC in the state of Utah, in good standing.

  •     Our website site contains external links solely for the purpose of information and education for our guests visiting the Moab area

  •     Saint Dane’s Cabins is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these Web sites.

  •     Under no circumstances do we share, sell or release any customer information to third parties.
